ToP 2026 Community Cleanup Initiative
The 2026 ToP Community Cleanup Initiative will take place from April 22nd (Earth Day) -May 12th (Provincial Day of Action on Litter).
We’re inviting everyone—individuals, families, schools, and local groups—to join us in making our community a cleaner, greener place to live. Whether you pick up litter along the waterfront or help tidy up a local park, every action makes a difference. 💚
How to get involved:
1. Choose a date between April 22, 2026 (Earth Day), to May 12, 2026 (Provincial Day of Action on Litter)
2. Fill out this online registration form
3. The ToP Community Services & Recreation team will contact you to make arrangements to provide you with gloves, garbage bags and lend you trash pickers and safety vests if requested.
4. Choose your location and start your cleanup! Once collected, take a picture of your litter collection results email your results to recreation@prescott.ca
5. Once your cleanup is complete, leave your bag at the closest public garbage can in your cleanup area and our team will dispose of it!

Creating an Xplor Recreation Online Account
Follow these steps to set up your online account:
- Click on the “Create an Account button” above.
- Click “Signup” beside "Create your account” under the Prescott logo.
- Complete all the required fields and click “Submit”.
- You will automatically be signed into your account.
- You will also receive an email with your username and temporary, system generated password.
- The first time you login with the temporary system generated password, you will be asked to create a new password.
- Once you have created your password, you will be redirected to the login in page to sign in.
- Sign in to your Prescott Online account using your new password.
- You should now be on your “My Info- Client List”, page where you can add credit card information and family members to your account.
- Once you have made your changes, click “Save”.
- You will be able to browse all our programs under the “Register” tab.

Scuba divers can find a Scuba Park Access Ramp at RiverWalk Park.

- Caution Ramp Slippery When Wet
- Ramp and Water Access is Unsupervised
- Use at Your Own Risk
- No Swimming West of the Ramp
- No Diving Off Ramp or Pier
