The Town of Prescott offers swim programs, facilities, beautiful parks and trails and exciting recreational activities to help residents and visitors of all ages lead healthy, active, engaged and community-connected lives.
Join in for some Canada Day Fun on Tuesday, July 1st, 2025!
Itinerary:
- 10 - 11:00AM: Pre-Parade Dance & Bubble Fun at Centennial Park
- Check out the brand new River Rec Room Lending Library at Centennial Park, enjoy fun games, and grab some limited parade accessories before we roll out!

11:00AM: Prescott Canada Day Parade
- Starts at Kelly’s Beach, east along King St. ends at Fort Wellington
- Walking & non-motorized vehicles only, prizes for best Canada Day spirit, costumes, entries and more
- 11:30AM: Flag Raising at Fort Wellington
- Enjoy Fort Wellington Activities as the Parade leads you right there!
- Cannon Firing, Canada Themed Cupcakes/Drinks, Family Friendly Activities, Free Fort Admission ALL DAY.
- Evening: Fireworks will go off once it is dark outside!
Join us for a fun/game activity every day at 11am and 2pm from June 30th-August 29, 2025 to take part in engaging activities for all ages down at the River Rec Room at Centennial Park!
- Week 1: Canada Day & Kick Off Week (June 30-July 6)
- Celebrate the start of summer with a fun-filled Kickoff Week featuring Canada Day crafts, games, beach activities, and friendly competitions for all ages!
- Week 2: Water Fun Week (July 7-July 13)
- Dive into a splash-tastic week of team games, water fun, creative crafts, and beachside challenges for everyone to enjoy!
- Week 3: Nature Week (July 14-20)
- Explore nature through art, movement, and mystery with a week of beach adventures, creative games, and wild outdoor fun!
- Week 4: Games Show Mania! (July 21-July 27)
- Get ready for a high-energy week of teamwork, game show fun, beach challenges, and creative play for all ages!
- Week 5: Art & Imagination (July 28-August 3)
- Enjoy a week of creative crafts, team games, and sandy fun with beach art, kindness projects, and playful challenges!
- Week 6: Civic Holiday Week (August 4-10)
- Celebrate Civic Holiday week with a talent show, carnival games, beach sports, and bubble-filled fun for the whole community!
- Week 7: Sports Week! (August 11-17)
- Get moving with a high-energy week of sporty fun, beach relays, creative challenges, and playful competitions for all ages!
- Week 8: Beach Bash Finale (August 18-August 24)
- Wrap up the summer with a Beach Bash Finale full of games, sports, crafts, and celebration to end the season on a high note!
Looking for a little something extra while down at the beach this summer? Browse our River Rec Room Lending Library, open daily from June 30-August 29th.

Borrow games, toys and more to enjoy at the beach or in the park! Whether you are building sandcastles, playing tag in the grass or facility a family fun day in the sun - we've got something for everyone!

Creating an Xplor Recreation Online Account
Follow these steps to set up your online account:
- Click on the “Create an Account button” above.
- Click “Signup” beside "Create your account” under the Prescott logo.
- Complete all the required fields and click “Submit”.
- You will automatically be signed into your account.
- You will also receive an email with your username and temporary, system generated password.
- The first time you login with the temporary system generated password, you will be asked to create a new password.
- Once you have created your password, you will be redirected to the login in page to sign in.
- Sign in to your Prescott Online account using your new password.
- You should now be on your “My Info- Client List”, page where you can add credit card information and family members to your account.
- Once you have made your changes, click “Save”.
- You will be able to browse all our programs under the “Register” tab.
