The King Street Promenade Returns

Saturday, August 2, 2025 | 11 AM to 4 PM
Downtown Prescott – RiverWalk District

Prescott’s King Street Promenade is back for 2025! After a hugely successful debut last summer that transformed our downtown into a lively, pedestrian-only festival, the Promenade returns on Saturday, August 2 with even more to explore — and even more reasons to stay all day.

From Edward Street to George Street, King Street will be closed to traffic and transformed into an open-air celebration of community, creativity, and local commerce. Visitors in 2024 enjoyed packed sidewalks, bustling vendor tents, engaging entertainment, and a vibrant summer atmosphere — and 2025 is shaping up to be even bigger.

This year’s event features expanded programming, more activities for all ages, and a full day of shopping, music, food, and family fun throughout the Downtown RiverWalk District.

🎶 Live music on multiple stages with performances by Jeff Rogers, Lyric Rogers, Gabrielle Salmon, and Conor Veindotte.
🎭 Street performers and entertainers, including caricatures by Niloo, balloon art by Mister Twister, and face painting by The Wild Rooster.
💃 Dance performance by Boldt Dance Studio at 2 PM (West Stage).
🛹 Skateboarding action with Prescott Skate Night (Promenade East, 11 AM–4 PM).
🎈 Kid-friendly inflatables including a Mega Slide, 60’ Obstacle Course, Fire Station Bouncer, Axe Throw, and Hoop Zone across three activation zones.
🧗 25' Rock Climbing Wall in Promenade West.
🍴 Food trucks on site include The Coffee Truck, Stella Luna Gelato, and Large Lemon.
🛍️ Sidewalk sales, artisan booths, and an expanded Prescott Farmers’ & Crafters’ Market, bringing the best of the region’s food and craft scene downtown.
🚒 Touch-a-Truck displays and interactive stations hosted by the Prescott Fire Department and Town Operations.

Whether you’re dancing in the streets, exploring a vendor booth, climbing to new heights, or relaxing with a cold lemonade by the river, the King Street Promenade has something for everyone.

Join us for a full day of discovery, celebration, and local charm — right in the heart of historic Prescott.
