View our Business License By-Law to confirm whether your business requires a license to operate from the Town. The majority of businesses do NOT require a municipal license to operate within the Town of Prescott.

Prescott Business Improvement Area (BIA) |
The BIA consists of all downtown businesses located within specified downtown areas. Associate memberships are also available to downtown adjacent businesses. The BIA spearheads a number of activities in partnership with the Town of Prescott and other key partners to support the downtown business community such as events, promotions, downtown beautification, and seasonal decor. |
