St. Lawrence Shakespeare Festival’s 2011 Season!
There’s nothing quite as magical as sitting by the river watching the sun go down – and the St. Lawrence Shakespeare Festival makes full use of each summer with its professional productions performed in a beautiful outdoor amphitheatre right on the banks of the St. Lawrence River.
Professional actors from across the country come to Prescott each year to bring Shakespeare’s stories to life.
In addition to the mainstage events, the Festival produces a number of complementary activities, such as our Sunday Series and a week-long Young Artists Training Program, giving local youth the opportunity to work with actors from the Festival.
So pack up your picnic and head down to the harbour for another glorious summer of Shakespeare!
