Rules and Regulations
Non-residents must pay membership fees unless taxable property is owned in Prescott. If you pay your taxes to Augusta Township or Edwardsburgh/Cardinal Township then you must pay a non-resident fee to the Prescott Public Library, even if your mailing address says Prescott, Ontario. Short-term memberships are available upon payment of said fees. Membership cards are NOT transferable and MUST be shown to Librarian when borrowing or renewing books. Lost cards must be replaced for 50¢ each.
