BRUSH, LEAF &YARD WASTE

Brush, Leaf & Yard Waste will be COLLECTED at the curbside on the LAST  WEDNESDAY of each month April throughout October

- branches 6’- 12’ long to be piled neatly at the curb, butt ends facing the street              

- tree and shrub roots to be separated                                                                              

- leaves, grass, and garden waste must be in CLEAR plastic bags                               

TOWN RESIDENTS may drop off their OWN Brush, Leaf, and Yard Waste at the Public Works Yard compost site, at the North end of Sophia Street                                 

 - the compost site is open Mon – Friday from 7 am to 3 pm and 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays   

 LAST YEARS compost is ready, come and get it, great for gardens and flower beds but best of all it is FREE!!                                                                                                 

 AND REMEMBER don’t place your Brush and Yard Waste at the curb earlier than 2 to 3 days before the scheduled pick up, HELP KEEP OUR TOWN GREEN AND CLEAN
