Modern Square Dancing

Harbour Lites Square Dancing Club has been in this community for 43 years promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Studies prove that dancing is the best way to keep the brain and body active and healthy, preventing many age related health problems including, Altzheimers, dementia, stroke, and heart attacks.  Benefits include improved circulation, stronger muscles, improved balance and spacial awareness, coordination, cognitive ability and memory.

Harbour Lites provide a fun, social environment to keep fit and we teach you how to Square Dance.

Your First two nights are free to give you the opportunity to decide if you would like to be a regular dancer.  Singles are definitely welcome, you don't have to bring a partner but feel free to bring a friend.
