Renovations

| |

A building permit is your formal permission to begin construction or demolition. It means that the Town has reviewed the plans for any new structure, addition, or renovation. A permit is really a form of protection for your investment. For a modest fee, your plans are reviewed by professionals before you start the work. Mandatory inspections are done during construction to make sure the construction is done to Ontario Building Code standards and complies with the approved plans.
